Tax 

All California orders are charged a 9.5% sales tax . 

To be tax exempt submit your own resale certificate or download and fill out the provided certificate and submit a legible copy via email or in person. We must have your resale certificate on file prior to removing taxes from your order.

California tax exempt orders must be placed via email or phone.

Other States - Tax is not being charged due to Villa Textiles having an unestablished tax nexus outside of California. However, buyers are responsible on any use / sale tax due to their state and / or local tax officials. Orders can be placed online, email or phone.
