Tulle is a sheer lightweight fabric with small holes and glitter.

Available in two colors :
-White, white tulle with SILVER glitter
-Ivory, ivory tulle with GOLD glitter

The fabric does stretch on the width side only.
When the fabric is gathered the color appears darker.
